Gift sets come with step by step mindfulness and meditation instructions, written by international Mindfulness Teachers and Authors, Christopher Titmuss and Ulla Koenig.
All gift sets are made to order. We cater for individuals right through to large businesses. We specialise in employee wellbeing gifts.
We donate 5% of all our profits to Mindfulness Support Service C.I.C.
